This was not marked pullup, so it was not pulled into 2.11. 

Tim, can you comment on whether you think this belongs in 2.11?

Yes, anything that was in before RC2 got into 2.11 because we re-branched.
Anyone who wants to can move those tickets to 2.11 and update the release
notes; none of them are so crucial I intend to spend a lot of time
harping on them :)
