[OpenLayers-Dev] ZoomBox not working correctly

Hi,

What I have observed with the zoombox control is that if you take a very
small zoom window, it does not zoom to the extent of that zoom window.
Instead it zooms in just by one level. But if it is a bigger window, it
zooms fine to the extent of the zoom window.

How to make it zoom to the zoomscale captured in the very small zoom window?
