[OpenLayers-Dev] OpenLayers.Request.GET strange behavior in IE8

Hi all,
i found a strange behavior when i make a request by  OpenLayers.Request.GET in 
IE.
When i make a first request i receive an error:

Object doesn't support this property or method (Openlayers.js line 1611)

i checked  the line and this is the code:


this._object=oXMLHttpRequest&&!bIE7?........


If i push F5 and try to do the same request it works!!!!!

Anyone can help me how to fix it?
