[OpenLayers-Dev] Help with where to look for a bug - drawFeatures controls not working at ONE zoom level.

baselayer is setup wrapdateline true, so is the vector drawing layer 
passed to drawFeature. However, when I look at the layer that the 
polygon handler is drawing on, this seems to be created by the handler 
and wrapdateline is false. is wrapdataline a valid option for the map? I 
thought it was picked up from baselayer. (In looking at this I also 
notice that restrictedExtent means wrapDateline is set false. Why? what 
if the restrictions are on north-south and map still crosses dateline. 
However, this is diversion to current issue.
