Unfortunately another major issue (on iOS) is blocking the final release, <
https://github.com/openlayers/openlayers/pull/511>. The issue has a patch
attached to it, I'm just waiting for feedback from the person who reported
the problem. I'm hoping to release 2.12 RC7 tomorrow (Tuesday).
