Peter,

Or we can also change the Proj4js license.  IANAL and I don't pretend to 
understand subtleties of licenses but if LGPL is a blocker, I'm all in 
favour of changing that so that the Proj4js gets used as widely as 
possible.  I'll raise the issue on the MetaCRS list.
