the obvious snag with this is there is no theme. They are planning on
adding css, and there's some discussion on what to do with images in
regard to jquery ui's themes https://github.com/cdnjs/cdncss/issues/4

In OL's case the theme is useless without the images, and if you have
to host the theme somewhere else, that reduces the usefulness of
having the js on the cdn.
