[OpenLayers-Dev] bug in offline-storage.js?

Hey, All:

I ran offline-storage.js, an example provided by OpenLayer, and
noticed that no matter I marked "Read from cache" and/or "Write to
cache" or not, the result would always be the same. I guess it's
because of the Internet browser ( I tried firefox and chrome ) but
then what's the meaning of these two Control methods? Did I
misunderstand anything? Thanks!
