 If outputSchema is set to "http://www.isotc211.org/2005/gmd" in
 OpenLayers.Format.CSWGetRecords, the response is an XML document which
 complies to the ISO19139 standard.

 For now, Openlayers is not able to parse it.

 I've been experimenting in this
 [http://svn.openlayers.org/sandbox/camptocamp/ifremer/openlayers/lib/OpenLayers/Format/CSWGetRecords/v2_0_2.js
 sandbox] to begin support of ISO19139.

 This ticket is just an attempt to keep track of all this and also to get
 comments.
