 In the "Installing Openlayers" sections we can read the following line :

 You can use OpenLayers as-is by copying build/OpenLayers.js and the

 But after unpacking the 2.10 tar.gz file there is no OpenLayers.js fil in
 the "build/" directory, the file is in the directory where the archive was
 extract.
