 The measure control should be able to calculate immediately while mouse is
 moving. This would introduce a new property "immediate", with that one can
 toggle this feature, and a new event "measureimmediate" that is fired
 everytime the mouse moves. Listeners to this event recieves the same event
 as listeners to the existing events on this control.
