 Lack the right border, and when the position of the popup is top left the
 bottom border is double on the right. See attached image (the enlarged
 400%) made using
 "http://dev.openlayers.org/releases/OpenLayers-2.10/examples/popupMatrix.html"

 NOTE: In the image also shows that the positioning is not correct, but
 this is a bug of Popup.Anchored, see #2870
