 Add support for writing out Geocode requests, and parsing their responses.
 Both Oracle and ESRI have an implementation of OpenLS. For the ESRI
 service, see:

 http://gptogc.esri.com/openls/

 Tests pass in IE8 and FF3.6, please review.
