 Note that I had to split the tests from OpenLayers.html into three
 separate test files. The test coverage is the same, I only also added a
 script tag ''after'' OpenLayers.js to make sure that the we can really
 rely on the last script tag in the _getScriptLocation closure.

 Tests pass in IE6, FF3.6 and Safari5. Thanks for any review.
