 @bartvde Got it and I agree with you that uppercase URL should be the way
 to write it, with the exception of object properties and methods that
 starts with url which in these cases should alway be in lowercase.  For
 example, the 'url' property in OpenLayers.Feature.Vector is in lowercase
 and the OpenLayers.Util.urlAppend method has lowercase 'url'.

 If we all agree with this, I'd be ready to start.
