 When using drillDown on the !OpenLayers.Control.WMSGetFeatureInfo on e.g.
 UMN Mapserver we get back a lot of features, which can only be mapped to
 their layer names using the type attribute. However, if an application has
 layers coming from different WMS-s, with the same layer names, an
 application cannot uniquely identify from which layer a feature emerged.
 So somehow we need to relate the url to features, so that they can be
 uniquely identified in an application.

 Since this will require an API change, setting milestone to 3.0.
