 When I try to draw WMS and WFS layer with the same data, there is a
 problem with vectors (vector layer in IE is drawn with a small y-offset
 (about 2px). Im using IE 8.0.7600, Win 7, but the same problem is in WinXP
 IE 6. When I use Firefox or OpenLayers 2.8, vectors are correct.
