 Selectcontrol.selectStyle isnt much use when there are multiple kml files
 with different geometries. If kml is opened with extractStyles = true,
 then every feature has a style and highlighter simply uses that unless
 selectStyle is non-null.

 The suggested patch creates an appropriate style in the highlight
 function.
