 In Chrome: I have a POI vector layer like in the "Dynamic POIs via a Text
 Layer" example: http://openlayers.org/dev/examples/dynamic-text-layer.html

 If you pan the map by coincidentally clicking on a POI and afterwards
 moving the mouse, the map element will get selected.
