 [attachment:openlayers-2873.7.patch] includes a new test,
 {{{OpenLayers4.html}}}. Without modifications to {{{_getScriptLocation}}},
 this test fails in IE6, IE7 and IE8, and passes in FF3, FF4, Chrome6 and
 Safari4. With my modifications to {{{_getScriptLocation}}} the test passes
 in all browsers. Please review.
