 The method now makes two distinct tasks: refresh all the icons and change
 the appearance of an icon when activate/deactivate a control.

 But to activate/deactivate a single control is not necessary to rewrite
 all the icons, just need to change the className of div of the icon. This
 is the objective of patch.

 Test is added
