 "autoActivate" is a new property that was introduced in version 2.9

 The patch allow to use "autoActivate" in the panel's controls.

 In patch proposes to use "autoActivate" for panel's controls of type
 "toggle" and "button". I have not taken into account, for now, use
 "autoActivate" for "tool" controls because only a "tool" can be active.

 It is proposed the new property "useAutoActivate" for the panel to
 activate the use of "autoActivate"  in the panel's controls.

 In the example "events.html" it has been used "useActoActivate" only for
 the purpose of illustrating the operation of the patch.

 The patch includes a specific test. It work well in: FF36, IE8, Chrome6 &
 Safari5.

 Note: In the patch small changes are proposed for the implementation of
 #2753 and #2769
