 Some goals:
 - Add "om:Observation" resultModel support
 - Make parameters of GetObservation request mandatory or optional
 depending on the specification
 - let specify more than one 'procedure', 'observedProperty' parameters
 - reads the features returned in the response (as 52North SOS server does)
 and ''barely'' (please review) reads their geometry. It will allow in a
 future to do a GetObservation request to get both data/metadata and
 geometries
