 Do not think it necessary, with IE6 in the area to the left of
 "EditingToolbar" can draw and drag. And it could cause problems for some
 customization that uses {{{.olControlEditingToolbar}}} class .

 Yes: Using 116px IE6 presents a single line of icons, is ok.

 In the new patch I've changed the examples "wfs-protocol-
 transactions.html" and "wfs-snap-split.html" (Before I read
 {{{.olControlEditingToolbar}}} instead of {{{.customEditingToolbar}}})

 In the new patch I have not changed the width. Do what you feel is most
 appropriate.
