Comment:

 Since Yahoo will shutdown their maps api very soon now, shouldn't we send
 an email to the users and dev list notifying users ASAP? That should give
 some the time to switch to other layer providers.

 Related to that: we might as well set the target for this one to 2.11 now
 (done).
