 I also noticed that kinetic dragging is much smoother with this patch
 applied, so I changed the grid layer's tileLoadingDelay to 0, and added an
 APIdoc comment on sensible settings for mobile devices (although kinetic
 dragging was even smooth on my cheapo Android 2.1 device with
 tileLoadingDelay set to 0).
