 When the value of the property {{{freehand}}} is set to true, on touch
 devices do not act. And also {{{Control.DragPan}}} does not act.

 Tested using trunk {{{/examples/mobile-drawing.html}}} changing line 53 of
 {{{Handler.Path.js}}} to {{{  freehand: true,}}}

 NOTE: Tested on Android (HTC magic) and Android X86.
