 Hello,
 thank you for your reply,
 I found the real issue now, it has to do with the map.updateSize()
 function which I call on window resizes. I need to call it because
 otherwise the vectors won't be at the right positions after resize.

 However, I have prepared an example for you, you can test it here:
 http://guendhoer.com:9000/oltest.html

 1) Load the page with maximized window, open Layer Switcher
 2) Un-Maximize the window or resize it, then choose another Google Layer
 -> nothing will happen

 Tested with IE, Firefox, Safari, Chrome. If it works first time please try
 again, 95% of the time it won't work.
