 Using official example http://openlayers.org/dev/examples/google-ng.html
 with either Firefox, Opera, Internet Explorer or Safari.
 With Google Chrome the issue isn't reproduceable most of the time (instead
 Copyright stays the same all the time after trying to reproduce issue).

 Issue: Google Copyright disappears.

 Reproduction steps:[[BR]][[BR]]
 1) go to http://openlayers.org/dev/examples/google-ng.html [[BR]]
 2) click the world-button for zooming to max extent[[BR]]
 3) Scroll in with mousewheel 1 zoom step[[BR]]
 4) Scroll out with mousewheel 1 zoom step[[BR]]
 5) Change base Layer to another Google Layer[[BR]]

 -> Copyright will disappear, see screenshot
