 Hello, thank you for your quick reply!
 Unfortunately the fix does not work for me under Safari 5.1 and the latest
 IE, Firefox and Opera.
 After zooming to max extent using the world button, did you zoom in with
 mouse wheel one step and then zoom out with mouse wheel one step before
 changing the base layer?

 In Google Chrome the copyright won't disappear, but instead only "Terms of
 use" will be displayed, even after zooming in, when there should be
 additional copyright information depending on the zoom level - it just
 won't be updatet anymore.
