 Closure Compiler is able to detect '''undefined variables''' and generate
 errors.

 To use this feature it's necessary:
  * Adjust the level of compilation.
  * Inform the compiler the names of external variables that uses
 !OpenLayers: {{{Proj4js}}}, commercial maps API and others.

 This ticket is autonomous, but it is advisable also use #3519
