 If the handlerOptions contain multi: true then it is not possible to draw
 the donuts. A point appears to get drawn, but on subsequent clicks it just
 moves around instead of forming the inner ring.

 This can be reproduced by modifying the Donut example,
 http://openlayers.org/dev/examples/donut.html
