 patch by igorti and marcjansen:
   * it adds a small shell script calling csstidy on three css-files
   * the minified css files are in the same folder (named e.g.
 themes/default/style.tidy.css)
   * it changes the examples and manual tests to use the minimized versions
   * it is visually tested against most examples
