 After #3062, when doing Map::moveByPx, visibility and inRange still need
 to be updated properly. I'd suggest doing so only on moveend (not on
 move), and only do it more often if required (e.g. in the same timeout
 cycle as moveGriddedTiles on Layer.Grid)
