 - Steps to reproduce

 Start test LayerSwitcher.html on  http://www.openlayers.org/dev/tests/run-
 tests.html?mode=build&noscroll=true

 - Result

 Error on test test_Layer_GeoRSS_popups and test_Layer_GeoRSS_resizedPopups

 Result of expression 'layer.markers[0]' [undefined] is not an object

 - Expected result

 No error
