 Start test Strategy/Refresh.html on  http://www.openlayers.org/dev/tests
 /run-tests.html?mode=build&noscroll=true

 - Result

 Error on test test_refreshWithNormalProgress
 fail number of refreshes.. got 1 but expected 5

 - Expected result

 No error
