 Steps to reproduce

 - Opens http://openlayers.org/dev/examples/mobile.html
 - Make a pinch like in http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oBueAvHty2M

 Result.

 - A gray area appears during the pinch zooming

 Expected result

 - No gray area appears during the pinch zooming at the top of the map. It
 seems that the map is first translated.

 Component should be Control.TouchNavigation
