 The Google Maps V3 layer movement is out of sync with other layers during
 a drag pan. When dragging a map the Google layer movement is not synced
 with the other layers and this causes markers and vectors to appear to
 shift during a drag. The markers and vectors are correctly aligned at the
 end of a drag.

 OS:Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit.
 Browser: Reproducible in all major browsers. Problem is most apparent in
 Firefox 3.6, least apparent in Chrome.
