I forgot to say, tests passed in Firefox 3.6.8 and Google Chrome
5.0.375.127.
There is an example html, examples/sosPOST.html (clone of
examples/sos.html) that shows how this works.
IMPORTANT: Please check the '''write''' function added to
Format/SOSCapabilities.js. I wanted to delegate in the specified version
(now only Format/SOSCapabilities/v1_0_0.js) function, I'm not sure if this
is the right way to do that.
