 Current controls using switchable panels include :
  * LayerSwitcher
  * OverviewMap

 There is no Abstract class to easily build new switchable controls.

 Would it be interesting to have such class, that could be subclassed by
 users to builds specific controls ?

 Very quick draft is appended, let me know if that would be of interest.
