 This is what is in logs when he says:

 mouseout | Out: false ...
 }}}

 "{{{Out:}}}" is obtained using {{{OpenLayers.Util.mouseLeft}}}.

 NOTE: I add a new version of the patch ([attachment:3399.1.patch
 3399.1.patch]) I did a bad merge in [attachment:3399.patch 3399.patch]
 (lacked a condition in {{{_docFaseOut}}} function).
