 No, mouse events should not affect the execution on touch devices,
 otherwise there is an error.

 NOTE I'm finishing the performance test for "9933.1.patch" with a
 {{{setTimeout}}} of 500 milliseconds. It appears that that consumption can
 be equivalent to {{{"mouseout"}}}, (in some cases more and in others
 less).[[BR]]
 I used a "for" 1000 iterations to evaluate consumption (approx depending
 on the browser and the PCU)
