 I have discussed the issue. It seems strange to declare a different image
 size of the real image.

 I think the problem is in the image itself. In the right margin is missing
 two tranparent pixels (compare with {{{img/cloud-popup-relative.png}}} in
 2.9)[[BR]]
 Correcting this (and keeping the size of the image) solves the problem
 without touching the code.

 To fix the problem replace {{{img/cloud-popup-relative.png}}} with this
 [attachment:cloud-popup-relative.png cloud-popup-relative.png]

 Because it can be fixed without touching the code I changed the ticket to
 2.11 (is only a suggestion)
