 this screenshots are from different browsers in Windows 7 Rus

 u can see, that titles are using UTF-8 encoded text. that is treated as
 non-UNICODE plain 8-bit text

 Chrome estimates the fallback encoding forthat plain text differently, but
 still wrong. None could guess that text is encapsulated into UTF-8.

 Since homepage is a demo of technology, i assume that bug also takes place
 in the library itself, in its most recent build
