 It was not clear to me if I had to add both the TouchNavigation and
 Navigation controls to the map for touch support in this page
 http://docs.openlayers.org/library/mobile.html.

 This paragraph from the blog would make a great addition to mobile.html
 because it explains the choice of the two navigation controls.  Perhaps it
 needs to be added to the API docs too.

 If you’re only targeting touch enabled devices with your mapping
 application, you can use the new TouchNavigation control. Our default
 Navigation control is mobile ready by default, but you can generate a
 smaller build of the library if you’re only handling touch related
 navigation.
