 As soon as the center property is specified for a Map, the zoom property
 is ignored and the map zoom to the highest possible zoom level.

 I attached a very simple example to show this bug.
 NOTE: I added a control to show that the map is zoomed to the maximum
 possible zoom level. The problem persist without it.
