Comment:

 From the Tile.Image APIdocs for maxGetUrlLength:
 > Do not use this option for layers that have a transitionEffect
 configured - IFrame tiles from POST requests can not be resized.

 It looks like you have configured your layer with a transitionEffect. This
 does not make much sense, because the backBufferTile cannot be stretched.

 Feel free to reopen if I'm missing something.
