Comment:

 For IE it was the browser's zoom problem, so it's quite irrelevant here.

 For FF3 the problem continues. Not on moving the map with the mouse, but
 if I use a panning to some arbitrary position, then more often than not,
 the images get blurry. Sometimes more blurry than the others.
