 This patch turned up a number of additional issues with the click handler,
 pinch handler, and the touch navigation control.  Since these components
 must play well together, I've continued to work in changes to the
 [http://trac.osgeo.org/openlayers/log/sandbox/tschaub/click click sandbox]
 surrounding these issues.
