 it appears that rev [11033] changed the type of the second argument to
 calculateGridLayout from OpenLayers.Bounds to OpenLayers.LonLat and there
 are 3 layer types that override this method and also need the
 corresponding change.

 The attached patch fixes this issue and has been tested for the MapGuide
 layer type, un-tested for the Kamap and Zoomify layer types
